Logan’s ARCH provides architectural research, conservation advice, building recording and digital documentation services for historic and culturally significant buildings across the Isle of Man.

Led by Fenella Logan, the practice supports homeowners, architects, developers, heritage bodies and construction professionals working with older and sensitive buildings, helping projects progress with clarity, care and confidence.

The practice combines detailed archival research with practical understanding of historic fabric, materials and building evolution. This allows clients to better understand the significance of their buildings, meet planning and heritage requirements, and make informed decisions about repair, alteration and reuse.

Services range from heritage assessments and historic building recording to materials analysis and digital documentation, including Matterport 3D scanning across the Isle of Man. Digital documentation can also support project planning, coordination and communication across design and construction teams.
